After two years of remarkable growth that saw the Toronto team double in size, Publicis Canada is excited to announce three key strategic leadership promotions.
Mary Chambers has been appointed as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Publicis Toronto, while Catherine Parsons has been promoted to EVP, Managing Director and Scott Pinkney to Chief Creative Officer for Publicis Hawkeye.
Mary brings years of invaluable experience back to Publicis, having previously served as SVP Planning. Rejoining just in time to lead a successful pitch for the Rogers business in early 2024, Mary will partner with Vini Dalvi, CCO of Publicis, to lead a diverse team of strategists. Together, they will support the agency’s portfolio of clients and foster synergy among various disciplines.
Catherine Parsons and Scott Pinkney, alongside Vish Ramkissoon, Chief Technology Officer, were pivotal in founding Publicis Hawkeye eight years ago. Their collaborative efforts have been instrumental in growing its position and reputation as one of the leading CRM brands in North America.
Catherine embodies an exceptional blend of business acumen and strategic insight, contributing to Hawkeye’s remarkable growth in recent years, while Scott is renowned for his ability to create work that not only delivers results but also sets industry standards. His creative vision, recognized by prestigious organizations like the CMA and Cannes Lions, has driven the agency’s creative excellence.
Brett McIntosh, President of Publicis Toronto, commented, “What excites me is the clear impact Mary, Catherine, and Scott have on our agency and the work we do, fueling our growth. As true innovators and versatile talents, they perfectly embody our Alchemy culture. Their promotions mark a pivotal moment in our journey and I’m confident they will lead us to even greater achievements.”
